Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing exceptional medical and dental care that incorporates behavioral health services to patients in Colorado’s Pikes Peak and East Central Regions. Peak Vista has 14 practice sites participating in the Colorado Medicaid eConsult Platform and they have submitted over 70 eConsults!
