2024 eConsult Incentive Opportunity
With the HCPF incentive funding program concluding on 12/1/24, we are excited to highlight the impressive progress since the July 2024 rollout. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the community, we have seen a 3x increase in enrollment and a remarkable 15x boost in utilization of the Colorado Medicaid eConsult platform. This growth demonstrates the impact of our collective work in transforming care delivery. Check out the bar chart below to see the current percentage of enrolled practices per RAE.
